Head Solutions
The UniLink hardware provides near limitless adjustment possibilities for the headrest. Will be available with 17mm headrest ball.
The head solutions hardware features:
- A link-style design for fast and easy adjustments:
- Six points of adjustment in starndard configuration.
- All adjustment points are metric with M5 threads.
- Multiple sized links for near limitless adaptability.
- Ball mount for angle and rotational adaptability.
- Stop collar for height reference.
Fixed Hardware
The Fixed UniLink Head Solutions hardware comes in three (3) variations:
UHB2D33200
Fixed Hardware with 7in (17.78cm) height adjustment, 1/2in (12.70mm) stave
UHB3D33200
Fixed Hardware with 12in (30.48cm) height adjustment, 15mm stave
UHB4D33200
Fixed Hardware with 12in (30.48cm) height adjustment, 1/2in (12.70mm) stave
The hardware will include split ring, SBM and both metric and SAE fasteners.
There's a Quantum Rehab version which do not includes SBM because is included with the PWC seating.
Flip-Down (FDM) Hardware
The FDM UniLink Head Solutions hardware comes in two (2) variations:
UHB2D232FD
FDM Hardware with 7in (17.78cm) height adjustment, 1/2in (12.70mm) sq. area stave.
UHB3D232FD
FDM Hardware with 12in (30.48cm) height adjustment, 15mm sq. area
Both variations will have 7 1/2in (19.05cm) of height adjustment travel in the stave.
Packages will include split ring, SMB and spacer, as well as metric and SAE fasteners.
Hardware Details and Pad Options
UniLink Ultra Hardware
The UniLink Ultra hardware uses two components to create the desired system:
UniLink Ultra Link Set
This hardware will create a system that utilizes two separate pads to cradle the occipital and suboccipital regions of the head independently.
The horizontal bar uses a new clamp style that increases the holding strength and eliminates the potential of damage to the square tube.
Both pad mounts will include a split ring and screws.
Fixed Hardware
The Fixed UniLink QCR hardware comes in three (3) variations:

QCR Fixed Hardware with 7in (17.78cm) height adjustment, 1/2in (12.70mm) vertical bar
UHB2D33200-QCR
QCR Fixed Hardware with 12in (30.48cm) height adjustment, 15mm vertical bar

QCR Fixed Hardware with 12in (30.48cm) height adjustment, 1/2in (12.70mm) vertical bar
The hardware will include SBM and both metric and SAE fasteners.

QCR FDM Hardware with 12in (30.48cm) height adjustment, 15mm sq. area
Both variations will have 7 1/2in (19.05cm) of vertical travel in the stave.
Packages will include SMB and spacer, as well as metric and SAE fasteners.
